TRX stands for Total Body Conditioning (and you will feel it in your total body, parts you didn't even know you had). It is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. For the duration of my classes your body will be suspended while moving forward, backward, side to side and maybe even jumping high. The TRX was originally designed by a Navy Seal who needed to stay in shape within limited space using something he could easily take on missions. TRX is all core all the time because you are suspended.
Classes will be limited to 10 participants unless you have your own TRX. Classes will also include medicine ball, running, jump roping, but our main focus will be the TRX.
