Your personal training program is an individualized, fun, fast paced, fitness program designed specifically to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
Personal training sessions can be done on an individual basis or with a small group. I usually work with one-to-four clients at a time. I also offer larger group and class settings. Personal Training is scheduled on an as needed basis.
