Boot Camp

This fun and exciting form of exercise is the way to go. Boot Camp mixes strength, cardio, balance/core all-in-one - and it is a major calorie burner!

I discovered over the last several years that you MUST interval and strength train. The benefits are life altering. It's great for bone strength, calorie burning during and after workouts, and it can change your whole body.

We NEVER hold back in Boot Camp - there is running, squatting, throwing, lunging, jumping, twisting, crawling, and much more.

Boot Camp is a one hour, intense class, but I show modifications and start at an appropriate level for each participant. Boot Camp is outside from March to November at Alton Park.
